About deBASE

"Since 1998 deBASE — Bridget Boyle, Robert Kronk, and Liz Skitch — have been entertaining audiences with their own, unique brand of performance, incorporating (often simultaneously) comedy, satire, music, video, and occasionally, disturbingly, partial nudity and interpretive dance.

Their success is no small achievement given the transitory and uncertain nature of independent theatre and the fact that they have never had any operational funding. Remarkably, they have managed to share their success along the way by providing professional development opportunities for many young, emerging artists, and attracting audiences who have often never even been to theatre. But, perhaps most incredibly, after lasting longer than some marriages, they are still friends."
